Flat Five Jazz

Caleb began his guitar journey like most beginners, wanting to be a rockstar.  He spent his early years plowing through the styles of guitar playing from Rock, Country, and Blues all the way to Metal.  It wasn't until he moved to Lynchburg, VA to study at Liberty University under Dwight Spencer, did he find the love for Jazz and the harmonic freedom, which solidified his course of study as Commercial Music with a focus in Jazz.  

Through Caleb's four years of college, he was heavily involved in Liberty University's Jazz Ensemble and smaller Jazz Combos, such as Round Jericho, Caleb Michael Gordon Quintet, KMR Quartet, and University of Lynchburg's Community Big Band.  

Caleb currently resides in Lynchburg, VA.
